Compile ffmpeg with Visual C++

雖然vcpkg出現了
不過還不支持FFMpeg的Library生成, 於是我們只好自己來了
這邊的方法主要參考Compile ffmpeg libs on Windows with Visual Studio compiler
不過在新版的Msys2之後不再適用, 因此記錄起來
將步驟中的
C:\workspace\windows\msys64\msys_shell.bat更改成msys2_shell.cmd -mingw32 -use-full-path
然後就可以照常使用了
